The Schneider 140CFD03200 cablefast terminal block is a professional plc accessory designed for Modicon Quantum digital input modules. This modicon quantum terminal block supports 2-wire and 3-wire sensor connection modes, specially built for field digital input signal wiring. It uses a 50-pin female SUB-D connector to connect with prefabricated CableFast cables, while captive screw terminals are adopted for field sensor wiring. Each channel has independent terminal points for 2/3 wire sensor wiring, making it ideal for proximity switches, limit switches and other digital field devices. This cablefast terminal block is arranged in 4 groups of 8 I/O points, total 32 contact points. It can isolate field circuit faults and protect the connected Quantum digital input modules. The terminal block can be quickly mounted on standard 35mm DIN rail. During maintenance, technicians can disconnect the SUB-D cable without removing all field wires, greatly reducing troubleshooting time and system downtime. It is widely used in power, petrochemical, metallurgy, water treatment and chemical automation projects for digital input signal termination.
