The Schneider 140CFC03200 cablefast terminal block is a professional plc accessory built for Modicon Quantum I/O modules. This modicon quantum terminal block serves as the intermediate wiring interface between field devices and Quantum I/O modules, simplifying cabinet wiring layout and reducing wiring errors. It is equipped with a 50-pin female SUB-D connector for connecting prefabricated CableFast cables, while captive screw terminals are used for field signal wiring. This cablefast terminal block adopts group fuse protection design, with 0.8A fuses for each group of circuits. When short circuit or overload occurs on field lines, the group fuse will blow to isolate faults and protect the expensive PLC I/O modules from damage. It provides 32 contact points, arranged in 4 groups of 8 I/O points, and is compatible with multiple Modicon Quantum discrete and analog I/O modules. The terminal block can be quickly mounted on standard 35mm DIN rail. During equipment maintenance, technicians can disconnect the SUB-D cable without removing all field wires, which greatly speeds up troubleshooting and reduces production downtime.
