The Schneider 140AVI03000C analog voltage current input module is a conformal coated PLC module developed for Modicon Quantum industrial automation control systems. This modicon quantum module collects analog voltage and current signals from field transmitters and sensors, converting continuous physical measurement signals into digital data that can be read and processed by the PLC CPU. This analog voltage current input module supports multiple universal industrial signal types including 4-20mA,0-20mA,0-10V,±10V,0-5V and ±5V, which provides flexible configuration options for different field measurement equipment. It can capture real-time process variables such as pressure, flow rate and liquid level, and is widely used in power, petrochemical, metallurgy, water treatment and chemical industries for continuous process monitoring. The PCB board adopts conformal coating treatment, protecting the internal circuit against moisture, dust and corrosive gas, so the module can run stably in tough industrial environments. The module integrates built-in diagnostic functions to detect wire break and signal overrange faults. When sensor cables break or input signals exceed the preset range, fault alerts will be sent to the PLC system to help operators quickly locate abnormal conditions and reduce production downtime.
