The Schneider 140ATI03000C analog thermocouple input module is a conformal coated PLC module designed for Modicon Quantum industrial automation control systems. This modicon quantum module is engineered to receive millivolt signals from thermocouple sensors, converting thermal voltage signals generated by temperature difference into digital data readable by the PLC CPU. This analog thermocouple input module supports multiple standard thermocouple types such as J, K, T, E, S, R, B and N, covering a wide temperature measurement range for various industrial high-temperature monitoring scenarios. It adopts built-in cold junction compensation function to offset temperature measurement errors caused by terminal temperature changes and maintain stable reading accuracy. The PCB board uses conformal coating, which can resist moisture, dust and corrosive gas, adapting to harsh industrial working environments. The module integrates powerful diagnostic features to detect open circuit, short circuit and out-of-range faults of thermocouple sensors.
