Product Details
The Schneider 140AMM09000C analog mixed I/O module is a conformal coated PLC module designed for Modicon Quantum industrial automation control systems. This integrated analog I/O device combines analog signal acquisition and analog signal output functions on one circuit board, which can reduce the total number of modules inside the control cabinet, simplify wiring layout and save cabinet space. As a reliable field signal interface, this modicon quantum module collects continuous analog signals from field sensors and transmitters, converts physical variables such as pressure, temperature, flow and liquid level into digital data readable by the PLC CPU. Meanwhile, it receives digital control instructions from the controller and converts these values into standard analog signals to drive field actuators, including control valves and electric regulators. This analog mixed I/O module supports multiple current and voltage signal types, providing flexible configuration options for different field measurement and control requirements. The PCB board adopts conformal coating treatment, which can resist moisture, dust and corrosive gas, making it suitable for humid and dusty industrial working environments. Built-in channel diagnostic functions can identify wire break and signal overrange faults, send fault status to the PLC system, help operators quickly locate abnormal points and reduce equipment downtime. It can be directly plugged into the Quantum backplane rack and configured through Unity Pro programming software.
