The Schneider 140AMM09000 analog mixed I/O module is a multi-channel integrated PLC module developed for Modicon Quantum industrial automation control systems. This module combines analog input and analog output functions into one compact unit, reducing the number of separate modules installed inside the control cabinet and simplifying wiring work. As a critical field signal interface, this modicon quantum module collects analog signals from field transmitters and sensors, converting physical parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow and liquid level into digital data readable by the PLC CPU. At the same time, it converts digital control commands from the controller into analog signals to drive field actuators like control valves and regulators.
