Product Details

The NI PCI-6025E is a high-channel E-series multifunction DAQ card for PCI bus industrial PCs, designed for integrated analog measurement, analog stimulus output and large-volume digital signal control. It features 12-bit ADC resolution, supporting 16 single-ended analog input channels or 8 differential analog input channels, with a maximum aggregate sampling rate up to 200 kS/s. It is equipped with 2 analog output channels with 12-bit DAC resolution, 32 TTL-compatible bidirectional digital I/O lines and two independent 24-bit counter-timer channels. Compared with PCI-6024E, this model expands digital I/O resources significantly, which is suitable for applications requiring abundant digital interlock and parallel signal control. The analog input supports programmable voltage ranges of ±10 V, ±5 V, ±2.5 V and ±1.25 V, and differential wiring mode provides excellent common-mode rejection capability to suppress ground loop noise and electromagnetic interference on industrial sensor cables.

This DAQ card adopts a 68-pin VHDCI connector for all signal wiring, compatible with shielded cables, SCC and SCXI signal conditioning accessories for high-voltage, isolated and remote sensor measurement. It supports software trigger and external hardware trigger for analog scanning, and the RTSI synchronization bus can share clock and trigger signals with other NI DAQ, digitizer and DSA cards to build multi-board synchronized test systems. The dual 24-bit counter channels can perform pulse counting, frequency measurement, period capture and incremental encoder signal monitoring. The analog output channels can generate stable DC voltage and slow analog excitation signals, cooperating with analog input channels to complete sensor calibration, frequency response inspection and closed-loop stimulus-response testing. The 32 digital I/O lines can read a large number of external status signals and drive TTL-level actuators for multi-point interlock, matrix switching and indicator control. The standard PCI half-length form factor fits ordinary industrial PC chassis and uses bus-powered design without extra external power supply. It supports DMA data transmission to reduce CPU load during continuous data logging, and built-in self-calibration function compensates gain and offset drift to guarantee stable measurement accuracy for long-running tests.

This multifunction daq card is widely used in laboratory automation, electronic component verification, small batch manufacturing test stations, sensor calibration systems, multi-channel digital control platforms, OEM measurement equipment integration and transformer performance testing. It supports both traditional NI-DAQ and NI-DAQmx drivers, compatible with LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI and C/C++ programming environments, so engineers can quickly develop integrated acquisition and control programs. As a discontinued legacy E-series DAQ hardware, the PCI-6025E is mainly used for maintenance and spare replacement of existing measurement and control platforms. It can maintain stable synchronous analog input and output together with mass digital I/O operation, retain mature test workflows and avoid the high cost of rebuilding the whole measurement system. Its operating temperature range is 0°C to 55°C, supporting reliable continuous operation in laboratory and light industrial environments.
