The NI PCI-6010 is a B-series multifunction DAQ card designed for PCI bus industrial computers, integrating analog input, analog output, digital I/O and counter-timer resources for general-purpose voltage measurement and simple control tasks. It offers 16 single-ended analog input channels or 8 differential analog input channels with 16-bit ADC resolution, and the maximum aggregate sampling rate reaches 200 kS/s for multiplexed scanning. It is equipped with 2 analog output channels, 6 digital input lines, 4 digital output lines and 2 independent counter/timer channels, which can handle pulse counting, frequency measurement and simple digital interlock control in one single board. The card adopts bus-powered design without extra external power supply, which simplifies chassis wiring for OEM equipment integration.

The analog input supports programmable voltage ranges to adapt to different sensor output signals, and the absolute accuracy of analog input is 5080 μV for stable low-speed voltage measurement. The board uses a 37-pin D-SUB connector for all signal wiring, which is compatible with a wide range of standard cables and terminal accessory blocks for convenient signal connection. It supports software trigger and external trigger for analog acquisition, and the RTSI bus interface allows synchronization with other NI measurement hardware to expand multi-board test systems. Digital channels follow TTL logic level, suitable for reading sensor status signals and driving low-power relay or indicator circuits. The counter modules can measure pulse frequency, period and encoder signals, meeting the demand of motion feedback and pulse monitoring. The standard PCI form factor fits ordinary industrial PC chassis and can be quickly installed into existing test stations.
