Product Details
The NI PCI-5152 is an 8-bit high-speed PCI digitizer and virtual oscilloscope board, designed for fast transient signal capture and automated high-frequency measurement. It has 2 analog input channels, each supports 1 GS/s real-time sampling, and time-interleaved sampling (TIS) mode can achieve 2 GS/s real-time sampling on a single channel. For repetitive periodic signals, it supports equivalent-time sampling up to 20 GS/s, which is suitable for capturing ultra-fast pulse and high-speed switching waveforms. The analog bandwidth reaches 300 MHz, meeting the measurement requirements of high-frequency electronic signals. This card supports software-selectable input impedance of 50 Ω or 1 MΩ, and provides AC, DC and GND coupling options for flexible signal matching.
The programmable full-scale voltage ranges cover 0.1 Vpp to 10 Vpp, with adjustable offset for different signal levels. It is equipped with deep on-board acquisition memory, supporting long waveform recording and multi-record capture. Multiple trigger modes are available, including edge trigger, window trigger, hysteresis trigger and external trigger. The front panel adopts BNC connectors for two analog channels and external trigger, together with SMB PFI ports for external clock input and synchronization routing. It uses PLL clock management and RTSI bus synchronization technology, which can synchronize multiple digitizers to expand multi-channel high-speed test systems. Built-in self-calibration function reduces gain and offset drift caused by temperature changes, maintaining stable measurement accuracy during long running tests. Low channel crosstalk ensures signal integrity when collecting multi-channel high-frequency signals. The standard PCI form factor can be installed into industrial PC chassis and integrated into existing automated test stations smoothly.
This oscilloscope digitizer card is widely used in power electronics switching test, semiconductor device characterization, high-speed digital signal inspection, aerospace pulse measurement, radar signal testing, and electronic component transient response verification. It works with NI-SCOPE driver, compatible with LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI and C/C++ programming environments, and supports waveform recording, FFT spectrum analysis, jitter measurement and automated limit testing. As a legacy high-speed digitizer hardware, the PCI-5152 is mainly used for maintenance and replacement of existing high-frequency automated measurement platforms. It can reliably capture ultra-fast transient signals, retain mature test scripts and avoid the high cost of rebuilding the whole test framework. Its operating temperature range is 0°C to 55°C, supporting stable continuous operation in laboratory and industrial test environments.
