Product Details:
NI PCI-4301 is a PCI bus high-voltage isolated analog input board for industrial data acquisition and condition monitoring systems, and this isolated analog input board integrates channel-to-channel isolation and built-in signal conditioning to safely collect high voltage signals from transducers in noisy industrial environments. It supports differential voltage input, with programmable input ranges for different sensor types, effectively suppressing common-mode interference and protecting the host PC from hazardous voltage surges. It is widely used for power monitoring, motor condition test, pressure and temperature sensor acquisition, factory equipment status logging, energy management data collection and legacy industrial DAQ system renovation. Engineers can configure sampling parameters and trigger modes with NI-DAQmx driver and LabVIEW, and use RTSI bus to synchronize sampling with other NI DAQ and switching cards to realize stable industrial sensor monitoring.
Key specifications and parameters: 16-bit ADC resolution, multi-channel differential analog input, channel-to-channel isolation rating for high voltage safety protection. It supports programmable low-pass filter to reduce high-frequency noise from inverters and power equipment. It adopts standard PCI bus interface, powered by PCI slot supply. It supports software trigger and external hardware trigger for synchronous sampling. The operating temperature range is 0 ℃ to 55 ℃, storage temperature -20 ℃ to 70 ℃, 10%–90% non-condensing humidity. The board is equipped with overvoltage protection on each analog input channel to avoid damage caused by signal overload. Status LEDs indicate bus communication and trigger status for convenient commissioning and troubleshooting. This model is discontinued, available as tested refurbished unit.
This high voltage isolated sampling board is a reliable NI industrial DAQ hardware. We supply fully inspected and tested refurbished units for replacement and upgrade of industrial measurement and monitoring systems. It can cooperate with voltage transducers, current sensors and terminal blocks to build multi-channel distributed acquisition platforms. It is widely adopted in power plant auxiliary monitoring, water treatment automation, packaging machinery status collection and factory energy measurement projects. As an isolated analog acquisition card, it provides safe and stable high-voltage signal sampling for long-running industrial monitoring applications.
