Product Details:
NI PCI-4065 is a 6.5-digit PCI bus digital multimeter card, and this pci digital multimeter supports AC/DC voltage, AC/DC current, 2-wire and 4-wire resistance measurement as well as diode test, which delivers higher precision than 5.5-digit DMM for automated test and calibration systems. The 4-wire resistance measurement can eliminate lead resistance error and is suitable for low-value resistance high-precision sampling. It is widely used for circuit board functional testing, power supply calibration, passive component parameter verification, sensor signal acquisition, university metrology experiment and legacy ATE measurement system upgrade. Engineers can develop test programs with LabVIEW and NI-DMM driver, configure auto range, reading rate and trigger mode, and use RTSI bus to synchronize with DAQ and switch modules to realize stable automated component calibration.
Key specifications and parameters: 6.5-digit resolution, basic DC voltage accuracy 90 ppm, maximum sampling rate 3 kS/s. DC voltage range ±300 V, AC voltage range up to 300 V rms, DC and AC current range up to 3 A. Resistance measurement covers 100 Ω to 100 MΩ, supports 2-wire and 4-wire ohm measurement. It does not support capacitance and inductance measurement. Standard PCI bus interface, front panel banana jack terminals for direct probe connection. It supports external trigger and RTSI timing synchronization with other NI instruments. Rated accuracy within 15 ℃ to 35 ℃, storage temperature -20 ℃ to 70 ℃, 10%–90% non-condensing humidity. It requires proper warm-up time to achieve full accuracy. Status LEDs indicate measurement and trigger status for convenient commissioning and calibration.
This 4-wire resistance test card is a mature NI test hardware. We supply fully inspected and calibrated refurbished units for replacement and maintenance of precision automated measurement and calibration systems. It can match with relay switch matrix and signal conditioning accessories to build multi-channel scanning test platforms. It is widely adopted in electronic manufacturing calibration stations, aerospace component inspection, educational measurement labs and precision test bench projects. As a cost-effective 6.5-digit PCI DMM, it provides reliable multi-parameter precision measurement for long-running automated test projects.
