Product Details:
NI PCI-4060 is a 5.5-digit PCI bus digital multimeter card, and this pci digital multimeter integrates multi-function measurement circuits to complete stable dc ac voltage, dc ac current, 2-wire and 4-wire resistance measurement for automated test and calibration systems. It supports auto range and manual range switching, and the 4-wire resistance mode can eliminate lead wire resistance error for low resistance high-precision sampling. It is widely used for component parameter verification, power supply output calibration, circuit board functional test, temperature sensor signal reading, laboratory metrology experiment and legacy ATE measurement system renovation. Engineers can develop measurement programs with LabVIEW and older NI-DMM driver, configure reading rate and trigger mode, and use RTSI bus to synchronize with DAQ and switch cards to realize reliable automated calibration measurement tasks.
Key specifications and parameters: 5.5-digit resolution, CAT II 1000V safety rating. DC voltage range up to 1000V, AC voltage up to 750V, DC and AC current up to 3A. Resistance measurement range covers 1Ω to 100MΩ, supports 2-wire and 4-wire ohm measurement. It also supports diode test function. It adopts standard PCI bus interface, banana jack terminals on front panel for direct probe connection. It supports external trigger and RTSI timing synchronization with other NI instruments. The operating temperature range is 15 ℃ to 35 ℃ for rated accuracy, storage temperature -20 ℃ to 70 ℃, 10%–90% non-condensing humidity. It needs 30 minutes warm-up time to reach full accuracy specification. This model is discontinued, and new version NI-DMM driver no longer provides support. Status indicators help technicians check measurement status and trigger signal during commissioning and calibration.
This 2w 4w resistance sampling card is an end-of-life legacy NI hardware. We supply fully inspected and calibrated refurbished units for replacement and maintenance of old automated measurement and calibration systems. It can cooperate with relay switch matrix and signal conditioning modules to build multi-channel scanning test platforms. It is widely adopted in electronic manufacturing calibration stations, university metrology labs, aerospace component inspection and legacy test bench upgrade projects. As a classic 5.5-digit PCI DMM, it provides stable multi-parameter precision measurement for long-running automated test projects.
