NI PCI-1407 is a PCI bus analog frame grabber supporting progressive scan and interlaced analog cameras, and this progressive scan frame grabber provides high-quality image digitization for industrial visual inspection and laboratory image measurement systems. It supports multiple analog video formats including NTSC, PAL, RS-170 and CCIR, and is specially optimized for progressive scan CCD cameras to obtain clearer non-interlaced image data, which greatly improves recognition accuracy for high-precision inspection tasks. It is widely used for character and barcode reading, electronic component surface defect detection, medical image recording, printed product quality verification, part dimension measurement and legacy vision station upgrade. Engineers can build vision applications with LabVIEW, NI Vision Development Module and NI-IMAQ driver, configure region of interest, adjust gain and offset, and set hardware trigger to realize synchronous image capture for imaq triggered vision sampling.
