NI PCI-1405 is a single-channel PCI analog frame grabber designed for industrial image acquisition and visual inspection systems, and this analog frame grabber captures standard analog video signals from color or monochrome cameras to realize stable industrial vision capture for automated quality checking. It supports mainstream analog video standards including NTSC, PAL, RS-170 and CCIR, and can automatically identify video formats to reduce manual configuration work. It is widely used for product appearance inspection, label printing verification, part presence detection, dimension checking, packaging defect screening, laboratory image recording and legacy vision station renovation. Engineers can develop vision programs with LabVIEW, NI Vision Development Module and NI-IMAQ driver, and the programmable ROI function only reads the target image area, which reduces data transmission volume and improves processing speed for programmable roi vision acquisition tasks.
