Product Details:
NI LAB-PC-1200 is a classic ISA-bus multifunction daq card built for desktop PC measurement systems, and this multifunction daq card supports analog input, analog output, digital I/O and counter-timer functions for laboratory and industrial test applications. It accepts voltage signals from various transducers and sensors, helping users complete continuous voltage measurement and closed-loop control tasks. It is widely used for laboratory sensor calibration, small-scale process monitoring, educational measurement experiments, mechanical signal testing, environmental data logging and legacy automated test bench renovation. Engineers can configure channels, read measurement data and set up control routines with LabVIEW and traditional NI-DAQ legacy drivers, which makes this isa analog data acquisition board fit well with older Windows operating systems and existing test programs.
Key specifications and parameters: 12-bit successive approximation ADC, 8 analog input channels, configurable as 8 single-ended or 4 differential inputs. Analog input ranges include unipolar 0–10 V and bipolar ±5 V. It comes with 2 analog output channels, also 12-bit resolution, for generating control voltage signals. It has 24 lines of TTL-compatible digital I/O, and one 16-bit counter/timer for pulse counting and simple timing tasks. The maximum single-channel sampling rate reaches 100 kS/s, suitable for low and medium speed signal capture. It uses ISA bus interface, and resource allocation including base address, interrupt and DMA is set via onboard jumpers. It is powered by the PC ISA slot’s 5 V supply, no extra external power adapter required. The operating temperature range is 0 ℃ to 55 ℃, storage temperature -20 ℃ to 70 ℃, humidity 10%–90% non-condensing. It connects with external sensors and actuators through a dedicated shielded terminal accessory, and onboard status indicators assist users in checking bus activity and signal status during debugging.
This lab pc measurement board is an end-of-life legacy NI hardware. We supply fully inspected and tested refurbished units for replacement and maintenance of old measurement systems. It is commonly matched with voltage sensors, thermocouple signal conditioners, pressure transmitters and relay modules for stable sensor signal capture. It has been widely deployed in university teaching labs, small batch production testing, equipment R&D verification and legacy industrial monitoring platforms. As a cost-effective all-in-one DAQ board, it provides reliable analog and digital I/O for long-running legacy measurement projects.
