NI 9477 is a 32-channel C Series sinking digital output module built for CompactDAQ and CompactRIO platforms, and this sinking output module delivers reliable high-voltage digital switching for industrial actuator control and automated test systems. It adopts sinking output architecture and supports 5 V to 60 V industrial logic signals, which allows direct connection to relays, solenoid valves, small DC motors and other low-side actuators without extra intermediate relay circuits. It is widely used for conveyor system logic control, packaging machine actuator triggering, automotive ECU load simulation, industrial cabinet interlock control, test bench sequence switching and equipment safety interlock output. Engineers can configure channel states, define output sequences and implement automated logic control via LabVIEW FPGA, LabVIEW Real-Time and NI-DAQmx driver, supporting scan interface mode for fast deployment and FPGA direct access for custom timing logic to fit different sinking channel control needs.
