NATIONAL INSTRUMENTS cFP-CB-1 is a general-purpose screw terminal connector block for Compact FieldPoint I/O modules, compatible with all cFP series analog and digital I/O modules. It is equipped with 36 screw terminals, V and C terminals for power and common signal connection, V/C terminals support maximum 4A current, other terminals support 2A current. It adopts wire tie-wrap anchor structure for cable strain relief, suitable for hazardous voltage wiring up to 60VDC or 30Vrms. The operating temperature range is -40℃ to 70℃, it can be installed on cFP-BP backplane, cFP-1804 and cFP-1808 network bank. It is a passive wiring accessory without signal conditioning circuit, different from cFP-CB-3 isothermal terminal block, it is not recommended for thermocouple cold junction compensation. This legacy accessory is end-of-life, available stock are refurbished replacement spares for vintage Compact FieldPoint systems.

This terminal block is used to lead out sensor and actuator signals from cFP I/O modules, convenient for on-site wiring, inspection and maintenance. It matches all cFP controllers and network interface modules, works with cFP-AI,cFP-AO,cFP-DI,cFP-DO modules. The screw terminal design provides stable connection for analog current, voltage and digital switch signals. It is widely used for field signal wiring in distributed industrial measurement and control systems.

It adopts compact plastic housing structure, passive device without power consumption. It is directly mounted on Compact FieldPoint backplane, I/O module plugs on top of the connector block. Hot swap of upper I/O module is supported under powered backplane. The structure meets industrial shock, vibration and EMC requirements for cabinet and panel installation.
