NATIONAL INSTRUMENTS cFP-AI-102 is an 8-channel 12-bit analog voltage input module for Compact FieldPoint backplane, only supports voltage measurement without current input function. It has software-selectable voltage ranges including ±20 V, ±60 V, ±120 V, 0–20 V, 0–60 V, 0–120 V, total aggregate sampling rate is 360 Hz. It supports 250 Vrms CAT II continuous channel-to-ground isolation, with 2300 Vrms one-minute dielectric withstand test. The operating temperature range is -40℃ to 70℃, suitable for harsh industrial sites. It supports hot swap on the Compact FieldPoint backplane, and will not interrupt the operation of other modules on the backplane. Each channel is equipped with loop power supply terminals for sensor power supply. This legacy I/O module is end-of-life, available stock are refurbished replacement spares for vintage industrial measurement systems.

This analog input module is specially used for high-voltage industrial voltage signal collection, such as power equipment voltage monitoring, generator voltage detection, industrial actuator voltage signal collection. It can be matched with all cFP series real-time controllers and cFP-1804/cFP-1808 network interface modules, compatible with LabVIEW, FieldPoint driver and NI MAX configuration software. The isolation design effectively eliminates ground loop noise and protects the backplane and controller from transient voltage impact. It is suitable for distributed high-voltage signal monitoring in industrial sites.

It adopts compact modular structure, powered by Compact FieldPoint backplane. The terminal base integrates signal terminals and sensor power output terminals. Hot swap is supported on powered backplane. The structure meets industrial shock, vibration and EMC requirements for cabinet and panel installation.
