NATIONAL INSTRUMENTS AT-MIO-16E-2 belongs to NI E series plug-and-play ISA AT multifunction DAQ board, equipped with DAQ-STC timing controller chip, adopting jumperless plug-and-play design. It features 12-bit analog input, maximum sampling rate 500 kS/s, supports 16 single-ended or 8 differential analog input channels, expandable to 64 channels via multiplexer. It integrates 2 channels of 12-bit analog output, 8 lines of TTL digital I/O, and two 24-bit counter/timer channels. It supports analog trigger, digital trigger, RTSI bus synchronous trigger, DMA and interrupt transmission modes, and carries on-board calibration reference circuit for software self-calibration. The interface adopts 68-pin SCSI-II connector, powered by +5V from ISA slot. This legacy ISA DAQ board is end-of-life, available stock are refurbished replacement spares for vintage test and measurement systems.

This multifunction DAQ board integrates analog acquisition, analog output, digital I/O and counter timing functions, suitable for closed-loop control, waveform measurement and pulse signal capture. It supports Traditional NI-DAQ legacy driver, compatible with LabVIEW, CVI and early Windows operating systems.
