Product Details:

NATIONAL INSTRUMENTS AT-DIO-32F belongs to NI AT series ISA AT bus expansion board, it is a high-speed 32-bit parallel digital I/O interface card designed for IBM PC AT and compatible industrial computers. It has 32 TTL digital I/O channels, divided into four independent 8-bit ports, supports two groups of handshake signal control, and integrates RTSI trigger bus with seven shared trigger lines for synchronous linkage with other NI AT series boards. This card supports three data transmission modes: programmed I/O, interrupt and DMA, the maximum transfer rate can reach 450 kwords per second, the default state after power-on is input mode. It adopts 50-pin signal connector, works with +5V DC power supply, and provides flexible jumper configuration for base I/O address selection. This legacy ISA board is end-of-life, available stock are refurbished replacement spares for vintage test and industrial control systems.

This digital I/O board can realize bidirectional TTL signal input and output, and the handshake function can adapt to a variety of peripheral devices and communication interfaces. The RTSI bus enables synchronous trigger between multiple acquisition and control boards, which is suitable for multi-device coordinated test. It supports LabVIEW, NI-DAQ and traditional C language development programs, and can be used for signal interlock, status reading, actuator driving and parallel data transmission. Users can match it with NI signal conditioning accessories and terminal boards to build stable digital control and measurement systems. Optimized circuit design ensures stable TTL signal transmission, and it maintains good compatibility with old industrial operating systems for ISA bus platform.

It adopts standard ISA AT full-length board mechanical specification, powered by +5V from the PC AT slot. Front panel with 50-pin male connector, no extra status LED on the front edge. Hot swap operation is not supported; computer power must be cut off before installation or removal. The PCB and soldering assembly meet industrial shock and vibration requirements for cabinet installation.

It is widely deployed in production test stations, laboratory measurement equipment, industrial process monitoring racks and legacy automated test systems requiring high-speed parallel digital transmission. Typical application scenarios include parallel signal acquisition replacement, old test bench digital control channel maintenance and vintage automation platform retrofit. Automation integrators select this NI AT-DIO-32F for its 32-bit TTL I/O,handshake control,RTSI synchronous trigger,ISA AT bus interface.
