MOTOROLA MVME167P-25SE belongs to MVME167P series 6U double-high VMEbus embedded single board computer, adopting Petra ASIC chip design, equipped with MC68040 25MHz 32-bit processor, 8KB on-chip cache, integrated FPU and MMU. This variant is configured with 8MB ECC SDRAM, 8KB battery-backed NVRAM with real-time clock, four EIA-232-D serial ports, AUI 10Mbps Ethernet interface and narrow SCSI controller, also equipped with Centronics compatible parallel printer port. It supports VMEbus A16/A24/A32 addressing and D8/D16/D32/D64 block DMA transfer, integrates multiple EPROM firmware sockets, four 32-bit programmable timers and hardware watchdog circuit. The built-in MVME167Bug monitor supports serial console debugging, SCSI boot and network boot configuration.
