MOTOROLA MVME162P-244LSE belongs to MVME162P4 series 6U VMEbus embedded controller, equipped with MC68LC040 25MHz 32-bit processor, 8KB on-chip cache and MMU, without onboard FPU. This variant is configured with 16MB parity SDRAM, 512KB battery-backed SRAM, four EIA-232-D serial ports, onboard narrow SCSI controller and 10Mbps Ethernet transceiver, paired with four IndustryPack expansion slots. It integrates 1MB flash memory for firmware storage, MK48T08 NVRAM and real-time clock, six programmable tick timers and hardware watchdog circuit.
