MODICON MM-PMC1-300 belongs to the classic Modicon PanelMate family and functions as a dedicated operator panel and HMI terminal for legacy Modicon automation systems. This process interface connects to Modicon PLCs through Modbus serial communication to realize on-site data visualization, manual operation, alarm viewing and parameter setting for production equipment. Operators can check real-time process readings, trigger start-stop commands, reset faults and switch pre-configured screens directly from the front keypad and display area. The unit adopts cutout cabinet mounting, with a dust and splash resistant front panel suitable for workshop environments. It stores screen configuration, alarm messages and recipe data inside non-volatile memory, retaining all user settings after power loss. LED indicators on the front panel display power status and communication activity, allowing maintenance personnel to quickly identify communication breakdown or hardware failure. Built-in EMI filtering and surge suppression circuits protect the communication port from electromagnetic interference generated by inverters and contactors on production lines.
