MODICON CPU61203, also marked as 110CPU61203, belongs to the Modicon Micro series compact integrated PLC controller. It integrates CPU core, built-in power supply, fixed digital I/O and native analog I/O circuits into one compact DIN rail housing, specially designed for small standalone machinery and skid control. This controller runs ladder logic programs, collects digital switch signals and analog process variables, executes PID regulation and sends drive commands to field actuators. It carries high-speed counter and interrupt channels to handle fast pulse signals for positioning and counting tasks. The onboard serial port supports Modbus RTU communication for connecting HMI panels, barcode readers and other peripheral devices for data upload and download. It adopts DIN rail mounting for installation inside standard control cabinets, with built-in surge suppression and EMC filtering to resist interference on the factory floor. As an obsolete original controller, it is mainly supplied as replacement spare part for aging Micro automation systems.
