MODICON AS-9715-001 is a legacy remote I/O adapter module designed for Modicon automation control platforms. It acts as a bus interface to expand distributed input and output points away from the main PLC rack, transferring field sensor signals and actuator feedback between remote I/O nodes and the central controller. This module supports stable communication over the dedicated Modicon remote I/O bus, enabling flexible layout of field devices on large production lines.
