Product Details:

MODICON 92-00757-02 is a PanelMate Plus operator HMI panel for Modicon legacy automation control systems. It acts as the local human machine interface for field operators to monitor process running status, adjust set parameters, view alarm records and switch operation screens directly on site. This unit supports Modbus communication to transmit and receive real-time data with classic Modicon PLC controllers. It adopts panel cutout mounting and can be installed on cabinet doors, with a sealed front panel to adapt to ordinary workshop operating positions. The internal industrial circuit is equipped with noise suppression and surge protection to resist electromagnetic interference generated by surrounding production equipment. As an obsolete original unit, it is mainly provided as replacement spare part for aging production lines. Direct drop-in replacement keeps the existing screen configuration, communication wiring and control strategy unchanged, avoids expensive overall system upgrade and reduces equipment downtime.
