MODICON 92-00429-05, also known as MM-PMC2-10S, belongs to the PanelMate Plus series industrial operator interface terminal for classic Modicon automation systems. It serves as the on-site human-machine interface for plant operators to view real-time process values, call up trend charts, adjust setpoints, acknowledge and reset alarms, and switch operation screens directly at the machine side. This unit is fitted with a 10 inch display and dedicated function keypad, supporting Modbus communication to synchronize data with Modicon 984 and other legacy PLC controllers. It adopts panel cutout mounting for installation on cabinet doors, with a sealed front face that meets industrial environmental requirements and resists splashes and dust in ordinary workshop areas. The internal circuit board uses industrial-grade components together with built-in EMC filtering and surge suppression circuits to maintain stable communication and display performance under electromagnetic interference from surrounding production machinery. As an obsolete original spare part, it is mainly used for maintenance and retrofit of aging production lines.
