MODICON 110CPU51202, also written as 110-CPU-512-02, is an all-in-one compact Micro PLC controller of the Modicon 110 series under Schneider Electric. It integrates built-in discrete I/O, CPU core, power supply and dual communication ports inside one single unit, designed for small and medium standalone machine automation. This controller carries 2K words user logic memory and 1920 words data memory, with a scan speed of 2.5 ms per 1K logic words, supporting ladder logic, timer, counter, arithmetic operation and PID closed-loop regulation. It comes with native 16 digital inputs and 12 mixed outputs including 8 triac outputs and 4 relay outputs, and two dedicated high-speed DC inputs for pulse counting and fast event capture. Two independent Modbus / ASCII serial ports are reserved for connecting programming terminal, HMI, inverter and remote slave devices. It supports expansion up to three extra expansion racks to increase I/O capacity according to field requirement. The front panel is fitted with LED indicators for power, run status, I/O channel state and fault warning, so field engineers can quickly diagnose abnormal conditions. The matching programming software is ProWORX32 or Modsoft, which supports program upload, download and online monitoring. Lithium backup battery keeps user program and runtime data safe during power failure. Industrial isolation design and built-in EMC filtering suppress electrical noise and voltage spikes from contactors and drives. As an obsolete original spare part, it is used for maintenance and retrofit of legacy Modicon Micro machine control systems. Direct drop-in replacement retains the existing control program, sensor wiring and communication configuration, and greatly cuts production downtime.
