MODICON 110-222 is an analog combination I/O module designed for the Modicon Micro series PLC system. It provides both analog input and analog output channels to collect continuous process signals and output adjustable setpoint signals for field transducers, valves and regulating instruments. This module supports standard industry analog signal ranges, enabling measurement of pressure, temperature, flow and liquid level while delivering control signals to proportional actuators. It communicates with the Micro CPU through the local expansion bus, transmitting converted digital values and receiving output commands synchronously. It adopts compact DIN rail mounting to fit alongside other Micro series modules inside small control cabinets, with built-in signal filtering to reduce noise interference from field cables. As an obsolete original spare part, it is supplied for the maintenance of old standalone machinery and skid control systems. Using the original module for replacement preserves the existing signal wiring and control logic, eliminating the need to redesign the analog control loop and minimizing production downtime.
