KOLLMORGEN SERVOSTAR610 is a high-performance single-axis digital servo amplifier of the SERVOSTAR 600 series, rated 10A continuous RMS output current and 20A peak current. It supports three-phase 208-480VAC wide voltage power input, built-in high-bandwidth current, speed and integrated position controller, providing stable torque output, fast dynamic response and high positioning accuracy for medium-load motion axes. It is widely used in CNC machine tools, rotary indexing equipment, printing machinery, packaging production lines and automated positioning platforms, supporting torque, speed and position control modes. It can store up to 255 groups of motion tasks for homing, absolute positioning, relative positioning and registration control, and supports electronic gearing for master-slave synchronous linkage. It can be equipped with optional PROFIBUS, CANopen communication cards to realize multi-axis bus synchronous control.

This servo amplifier supports multiple feedback types including resolver, incremental encoder, sine/cosine encoder, EnDat, BiSS and HIPERFACE signals, forming complete closed-loop motion control with Kollmorgen AKM, Goldline and Seidel series servo motors. It adopts compact cabinet mounting structure, power terminals and signal connectors are separated to suppress electromagnetic interference in oil mist and dusty workshop environments. It integrates built-in mains filter and regenerative braking circuit, and can be matched with external brake resistor for heavy deceleration working conditions. The front panel 7-segment digital display and LED status indicators can directly display fault codes for quick on-site inspection and troubleshooting. The RS232 service port is reserved for parameter debugging and firmware upgrade.

Professional technicians can tune speed loop gain, position loop gain, current limiting value and motion profile parameters through Kollmorgen supporting configuration software according to different load characteristics. Multiple built-in monitoring circuits continuously track DC bus voltage, output current and internal temperature. Once overload, overheating, overvoltage, undervoltage or feedback signal loss is detected, the drive will rapidly disable output and trigger alarm signal to avoid mechanical collision and servo motor burnout. The sturdy housing has good vibration resistance and adapts to long-cycle continuous production operation of industrial equipment.

This KOLLMORGEN SERVOSTAR610 servo amplifier has been discontinued by the original manufacturer. It is supplied as a tested aftermarket replacement spare part for legacy automation and CNC systems.
