Product Details:

KOLLMORGEN S20330-SRS is a compact digital servo amplifier belonging to Kollmorgen SERVOSTAR S200 series, equipped with SynqNet real-time motion bus interface. It features 3A continuous RMS output current and 9A peak current, supporting 20-90 VDC power supply. The SRS suffix stands for SynqNet communication version, designed for high-precision multi-axis synchronized automation systems which demand deterministic motion control and fast cycle response. This model is widely used as spare parts for legacy semiconductor and electronic assembly equipment.

This servo drive communicates with the upper motion controller via SynqNet fieldbus, supporting daisy-chain connection to construct multi-axis motion network. It automatically identifies matched Kollmorgen AKM servo motors and reads smart feedback data, realizing plug-and-play commissioning and automatic loop tuning. It supports multiple feedback types including ComCoder, EnDat 2.1 and 1Vpp sin/cos encoder, and provides high-speed closed-loop control of torque, speed and position.

This compact drive structure is suitable for cabinet installation with limited space. It integrates safe stop function and over-current, over-voltage, over-temperature and short-circuit protection mechanisms to safeguard the drive and servo motor during continuous cyclic operation. The high bandwidth control loop reaches up to 800Hz velocity loop bandwidth, delivering smooth speed adjustment and high repeat positioning accuracy for high-cycle motion axes. Separate power and signal terminals reduce electromagnetic interference inside densely arranged industrial electrical cabinets.

It can be configured and monitored through supporting motion software, and all motion parameters such as electronic gear ratio and limit signal can be adjusted flexibly. Every finished unit passes factory inspection including SynqNet communication test, current stability test, protection function verification and vibration endurance test to guarantee stable performance in multi-shift precision automation production lines.

It is widely deployed on semiconductor peripheral handling equipment, electronic component assembly stations, optical inspection machines, small packaging rotary transfer systems and laboratory precision positioning automation cells. Typical application axes include synchronized pick-and-place modules, rotary indexing units, fine scanning adjustment platforms and short-stroke precision positioning axes. Automation integrators select this SynqNet version S200 drive for its deterministic multi-axis synchronization, compact footprint and seamless matching performance with AKM servo motors.
