KOLLMORGEN S20360-SRS is a compact single-axis digital servo amplifier of the SERVOSTAR S200 series, the SRS suffix stands for SynqNet bus interface configuration. It supports 120/240VAC single-phase power input, with 4A continuous output current and 8A peak current, built-in high-bandwidth current and speed control loop, delivering fast dynamic response and stable torque output for light and medium-load motion control axes requiring high synchronous precision. It is widely used in packaging lines, printing equipment, rotary positioning stations and material handling automation systems, supporting torque, speed and built-in position control modes.

This servo amplifier accepts resolver, incremental encoder and sine/cosine encoder feedback signals, forming closed-loop motion control with matched Kollmorgen AKM and Goldline series servo motors. It adopts standard DIN rail cabinet mounting structure, power terminals and feedback connectors are separated to suppress electromagnetic interference in industrial electrical environments. It is equipped with dedicated SynqNet RJ45 daisy-chain ports for high-speed real-time synchronous communication, plus RS232 service port for parameter tuning and firmware update. Integrated STO safe torque off function meets industrial safety requirements. Built-in regenerative braking circuit handles energy recycling during deceleration, and external braking resistor can be expanded for heavy deceleration scenarios. The front panel LED indicators and fault code display support rapid on-site diagnosis.

Technicians can tune loop gain, current limit and motion profile parameters through Kollmorgen configuration software according to different load characteristics. Multiple internal monitoring circuits track DC bus voltage, output current and internal temperature continuously. Once overload, overheating, overvoltage, undervoltage or feedback signal loss is detected, the drive will quickly disable output and trigger alarm signal to avoid mechanical collision and servo motor burnout. The compact housing has good vibration resistance and adapts to long-time continuous operation in factory workshop conditions.
