KOLLMORGEN RMB-10V2-SYNQNET is a 4-axis Remote Motion Block bridge module for SynqNet motion network, designed to convert SynqNet digital bus commands into ±10V analog speed/torque signals for legacy analog servo drives without fieldbus interface. It is widely deployed for retrofitting old CNC machine tools, printing lines, packaging automation and multi-axis positioning platforms, enabling traditional analog servo axes to join the high-speed synchronous SynqNet control system and realize electronic gearing and synchronized motion. It supports up to four independent control axes on one single module, greatly reducing cabinet wiring workload for system transformation.

This module adopts 100Mbps SynqNet bus with RJ45 daisy-chain topology, and receives 24VDC auxiliary power supply. It is equipped with 16-bit DAC analog output channels and RS422 differential encoder feedback inputs for each axis, collecting position signal from servo motor encoder and feeding back to the SynqNet master controller to form complete closed-loop motion control. It integrates isolated digital input and output terminals for fault signal acquisition, home signal detection, limit switch interlock and servo enable output. DIN rail mounting structure is convenient for installation inside standard electrical cabinets, and the front LED indicators clearly display network status and axis fault information for rapid on-site troubleshooting.

Engineers can configure axis mapping, encoder count ratio and analog offset parameters through Kollmorgen motion configuration software according to the matching analog drive characteristics. Internal monitoring circuits keep real-time track of bus communication status and channel signals. Once communication interruption, encoder signal loss or I/O short circuit fault is detected, the module will lock analog output and trigger alarm signal to protect the downstream servo drive and mechanical structure. The compact hardware has good anti-interference and vibration resistance, adapting to long-time continuous operation in industrial workshop environments.
