KOLLMORGEN CE06250 is a compact single-axis servo amplifier of the SERVOSTAR CD series, rated 6A continuous output current, suitable for 115-230VAC single-phase power supply. It is widely used in printing machinery, packaging equipment, automated assembly lines and CNC auxiliary feed axes, providing stable torque, speed and closed-loop position control for medium-load motion axes that demand high positioning repeatability and fast response. It supports multiple control modes including analog +/-10V command, pulse direction command and electronic gearing, and can be expanded with optional communication cards for CANopen, SERCOS III and EtherCAT bus connection.

This servo amplifier supports resolver and encoder dual feedback modes, and is equipped with STO safe torque off function to meet industrial safety requirements. It adopts cabinet-mounted installation structure, power terminals and feedback connectors are separated to suppress electromagnetic interference in complex electrical environments. Built-in regenerative braking realizes energy recovery during deceleration. The front panel is equipped with LED status indicators and fault alarm output terminals for convenient on-site inspection and rapid troubleshooting. High-speed digital control loop ensures smooth acceleration and deceleration and stable operation under long-cycle continuous production.

Technicians can tune speed loop gain, position loop gain, current limiting value and braking parameters through Kollmorgen supporting configuration software according to different load characteristics. Multiple real-time monitoring circuits track DC bus voltage, output current and internal temperature. Once overload, overheating, overvoltage, undervoltage or feedback signal loss is detected, the drive will quickly block output and trigger alarm to avoid mechanical collision and servo motor burnout. The sturdy housing has good vibration resistance and adapts to harsh factory workshop conditions.
