KOLLMORGEN CE03250 is a compact single-axis servo amplifier under the SERVOSTAR CD series, with 3A continuous output current and 9A peak current, supporting 115-230VAC single-phase power input. It is widely applied in packaging machinery, printing equipment, automated assembly stations and small CNC auxiliary feed axes, delivering stable torque, speed and position closed-loop control for light-load motion axes with high positioning repeatability requirements. It supports analog ±10V command, pulse-direction command and electronic gearing function, and can be equipped with optional communication cards to access CANopen, SERCOS III or EtherCAT fieldbus for synchronous multi-axis control.

This servo amplifier is built with STO safe torque off function to satisfy industrial safety standards. It accepts both resolver and encoder feedback signals to collect motor rotor position and speed data. The cabinet-mounted structure separates power terminals and feedback connectors to reduce electromagnetic interference in complex factory electrical environments. Integrated regenerative braking circuit realizes energy recycling during deceleration. The front panel is equipped with LED status indicators and fault alarm output terminals for convenient on-site inspection and rapid fault diagnosis. High-speed digital control loop enables smooth acceleration and deceleration, maintaining stable running precision under long-cycle continuous operation.

Technicians can tune speed loop gain, position loop gain, current limiting value and braking parameters through Kollmorgen supporting configuration software according to different load characteristics. Multiple built-in monitoring circuits keep real-time track of DC bus voltage, output current and internal temperature. Once overload, overheating, overvoltage, undervoltage or feedback signal loss is detected, the drive will quickly block output and trigger alarm signal to avoid mechanical collision and servo motor burnout. The compact housing is sturdy and vibration-resistant, suitable for continuous operation in industrial workshop conditions.
