KOLLMORGEN CB10561 is a high-performance single-axis servo amplifier of the SERVOSTAR CD series, rated 10A continuous output current, supporting 115/230VAC single-phase or three-phase power supply. It is widely used in printing machinery, automated assembly lines, heavy packaging equipment and CNC main feed axes, providing stable torque, speed and closed-loop position control for medium-load motion axes that require high dynamic response and synchronous positioning accuracy. It supports analog ±10V command, pulse-direction command and electronic gearing function, and can be fitted with optional communication cards to connect CANopen, SERCOS III and EtherCAT fieldbus for multi-axis synchronous control.

This servo amplifier is equipped with STO safe torque off function to meet industrial safety standards. It accepts resolver, incremental encoder and sine/cosine encoder feedback signals to collect rotor speed and position data, forming a complete closed-loop motion control system with matched Kollmorgen servo motors. It adopts cabinet-mounted compact structure, power terminals and feedback connectors are separated to suppress electromagnetic interference in complex electrical environments. Built-in regenerative braking circuit realizes energy recovery during deceleration. The front panel is equipped with LED status indicators and fault alarm output terminals for convenient on-site inspection and rapid fault diagnosis. High-speed digital control loop enables smooth acceleration and deceleration, maintaining stable running precision under long-cycle continuous operation.

Technicians can tune speed loop gain, position loop gain, current limiting value and braking parameters through Kollmorgen MotionLink configuration software according to different load characteristics. Multiple built-in monitoring circuits keep real-time track of DC bus voltage, output current and internal temperature. Once overload, overheating, overvoltage, undervoltage or feedback signal loss is detected, the drive will quickly block output and trigger alarm signal to avoid mechanical collision and servo motor burnout. The sturdy housing has good vibration resistance and adapts to harsh industrial workshop conditions.
