Product Details:

KOLLMORGEN AKM41H-BKCNR-00 is a high-speed permanent magnet synchronous servo motor of Kollmorgen AKM series, built on 84mm NEMA flange frame with resolver feedback and keyway shaft configuration. It features extended rotor stack and optimized low inertia design, supporting high rated speed and fast acceleration response for cyclic transfer and rotary positioning tasks. Resolver feedback makes it a reliable choice for harsh workshop environments with heavy vibration, temperature variation and oil mist, where fragile optical encoders are prone to signal failure.

This servo motor adopts contactless inductive resolver as position feedback component. It continuously captures rotor angle and speed data and transmits analog signals to matched Kollmorgen AKD servo drives, forming a stable closed-loop motion control system. Separate rotatable power and feedback connectors separate power circuit from signal circuit and effectively suppress electromagnetic noise interference inside compact electrical cabinets filled with inverters and solenoid valves.

This variant is non-brake design without integrated holding brake, mainly for horizontal rotary tables, continuous feed axes and high-speed transfer units that do not require static shaft locking. The stator winding uses Class F insulation material to withstand accumulated heat generated during long-time high-speed cyclic operation. The motor housing maintains IP54 protection grade to block workshop dust and accidental liquid splashing. Advanced low cogging magnetic circuit reduces torque ripple greatly, delivering smooth and quiet rotation even running near maximum speed.

It supports torque control, speed control and position control modes, and all motion parameters can be configured and tuned via Kollmorgen drive software. Standard NEMA mounting dimensions support direct replacement of legacy AKM motors, lowering the workload for equipment renovation and spare part swap. Every finished motor passes complete factory validation before shipment, including resolver signal calibration, high-speed endurance test, insulation resistance inspection and vibration noise check to guarantee stable performance in multi-shift production lines.

It is widely deployed on heavy packaging turntables, metal stamping auxiliary transfer lines, textile processing machines, woodworking routing equipment and automated sorting systems. Typical application axes include rotary indexing modules, fast material transfer slides, pull feed mechanisms and tool adjustment units. System integrators prefer this resolver feedback model for its strong shock resistance, consistent high-speed dynamic performance and seamless compatibility with Kollmorgen AKD drive ecosystem.
