Engineers can tune speed loop, position loop and feedforward parameters through dedicated drive software according to different process requirements. Built-in PTC thermal sensor continuously monitors winding temperature. When overheating, overload or resolver signal loss is detected, the servo drive will trigger alarm and cut off output rapidly to avoid mold collision and motor burnout. The brake can be controlled by 24V DC signal; the brake releases when energized and locks the rotor when de-energized. The whole mechanical structure is reinforced for vibration resistance to adapt to continuous S1 operation.
