KOLLMORGEN 64WKS-M240/70-RLG is a high-current four-quadrant transistor servo inverter from the classic Seidel 64WKS series. The RLG suffix stands for dedicated resolver feedback interface, specially optimized to work with resolver equipped Seidel servo motors. It is widely deployed on heavy-duty CNC machine tools, large metal processing equipment and special automated production lines, adopting built-in PI current and speed regulator to output stable high current and provide outstanding control rigidity for heavy feed axes and spindle axes requiring high synchronous precision. It is frequently used for main feed control, heavy cutting axes and synchronous positioning units in old CNC systems.

This servo amplifier takes resolver signal as the main feedback source, and supports signal expansion according to on-site wiring configuration. It adopts double-sized Eurocard 19-inch 6U rack mounting form, equipped with stud bolt power terminals and dedicated RLG resolver signal connector, multiple units can be installed side by side in the same rack to save cabinet space. The internal power stage integrates complete protection logic including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage and short-circuit protection. Front panel status LED and fault signal output terminal facilitate on-site inspection and rapid fault diagnosis. It allows up to three units to run in parallel under master-slave mode for higher power demand.

Professional technicians can adjust speed loop gain, current limiting value and braking parameters according to different load characteristics. Multiple internal monitoring circuits continuously track DC bus voltage and output current. Once abnormal conditions such as overload, overheating and feedback disconnection are detected, the drive will quickly block power output and trigger fault alarm to protect the servo motor and mechanical transmission structure. The hardware structure is sturdy and anti-vibration, suitable for long-time heavy-duty continuous operation in harsh industrial workshop environments.
