KOLLMORGEN 64WKS-M240/50-RLG is a four-quadrant transistor servo inverter from the classic Seidel 64WKS series, the RLG suffix stands for special resolver interface configuration, optimized for resolver feedback motor matching. It is widely used on old CNC machine tools, heavy automation production lines and special motion control equipment, adopting built-in PI current and speed loop control to output stable high current and provide excellent dynamic rigidity for heavy-load feed axes and spindle axes that demand high synchronous precision. It is commonly used for metal cutting machine feed systems and special equipment synchronous positioning units.

This servo amplifier is designed for resolver signal input, it also supports encoder feedback expansion according to wiring configuration, forming a stable closed-loop motion control system with matched Seidel servo motors. It adopts 19-inch 6U rack mounting structure, M6 stud bolt power connection and dedicated RLG signal connector, convenient for rack multi-drive combined installation and cabinet layout. The internal power unit integrates complete overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage and overtemperature monitoring logic, equipped with status indicator and fault signal output terminal, convenient for on-site maintenance and fault diagnosis.
