Product Details
FANUC A06B-0143 is αi A12/3000 AC servo motor base model, belonging to FANUC Alpha i servo series, compatible with αi servo amplifiers and FANUC 0i-MF, 0i-MF Plus CNC systems. It adopts 200V three-phase AC power supply, rated power 2.8kW, rated speed 3000rpm, stall torque 12Nm. This high-speed high-torque motor platform supports multiple optional configurations including shaft type, holding brake and encoder type. Users can choose A64 absolute encoder or I64 incremental encoder according to CNC control scheme. Shaft options cover smooth straight shaft, straight keyway shaft and tapered shaft; brake version is optional for vertical axis installation. It is widely used on X/Y high-speed feed axes and rotary fourth axes of vertical machining centers and mold CNC machines, suitable for high-speed milling, drilling and tapping processes.
This servo motor integrates stator winding, medium-high inertia rotor assembly and serial encoder inside aluminum housing. The encoder transmits high-precision angle feedback signals to servo amplifier to realize closed-loop position, speed and torque control. Base frame does not include built-in holding brake, brake variant needs to be selected separately. Two separate connectors are reserved at the rear for power cable and encoder cable, following FANUC standard pin definition for convenient wiring and maintenance.
The front shaft sealing structure reaches IP65 protection grade, resisting coolant splashes, cutting oil mist and fine metal dust in CNC workshops. The internal bearing set uses long-life grease lubrication to support continuous stable high-speed operation. Its rotor inertia balances fast traverse speed and anti-vibration performance during heavy cutting, suitable for mold high-speed precision machining and repeated positioning tasks. Users can adjust servo gain and soft limit parameters on CNC system to match high-speed heavy-load feed and different transmission layouts.
It serves as a direct replacement base frame for original αi A12/3000 servo motors suffering from bearing abnormal noise, encoder signal loss, shaft wear and winding burnout. Every unit will pass winding insulation test, encoder position reading test and servo matching test before shipment, ensuring stable torque output and precise positioning performance. Replacing this servo motor can restore high-speed stable feed axis motion rapidly, avoid machine shutdown caused by cutting interruption and positioning deviation. It is widely deployed in vertical machining centers, mold CNC milling equipment and other CNC high-speed heavy feed axis applications.
