Product Details
FANUC A06B-0142-B176 is αi A12/2000 AC servo motor with straight keyway shaft and built-in 24V holding brake, belonging to FANUC Alpha i servo series, compatible with αi servo amplifiers and FANUC 0i-MF, 0i-MF Plus CNC systems. It adopts 200V three-phase AC power supply, rated power 2.1kW, rated speed 2000rpm, stall torque 12Nm. It is equipped with A64 multi-turn absolute serial encoder, which retains coordinate data after power loss and eliminates homing operation, delivering stable high-precision serial feedback for low-speed heavy cutting processes. The integrated spring-loaded electromagnetic brake automatically locks the shaft once power supply fails, preventing vertical axis dropping and securely holding the position for vertical machining centers and heavy mold milling machines. The straight keyway shaft connects with ball screw via rigid coupling, minimizing transmission backlash and offering rigid torque transfer for heavy milling, boring and hard material machining. It is widely installed on Z axes and rotary fourth axes of vertical machining centers that require high rigidity and static axis holding.
This servo motor integrates stator winding, high inertia rotor assembly, A64 absolute serial encoder and spring static holding brake inside aluminum housing. The encoder transmits high-precision angle feedback signals to servo amplifier to realize closed-loop position, speed and torque control. It adopts straight keyed shaft for rigid coupling layout. Two separate connectors are reserved at the rear for power cable and encoder cable, following FANUC standard pin definition for convenient wiring and maintenance.
The front shaft sealing structure reaches IP65 protection grade, resisting coolant splashes, cutting oil mist and fine metal dust in CNC workshops. The internal bearing set uses long-life grease lubrication to support continuous stable low-speed heavy-load operation. Its high rotor inertia suppresses vibration effectively during heavy cutting, suitable for high-precision mold processing and repeated boring tasks. Users can adjust servo gain, soft limit and brake delay parameters on CNC system to match vertical axis gravity balance and rigid coupling heavy-load transmission characteristics.
It serves as a direct replacement spare part for original αi A12/2000 keyed shaft servo motors suffering from bearing abnormal noise, encoder signal loss, brake slip, shaft wear and winding burnout. Every unit will pass winding insulation test, encoder position reading test, brake holding force verification and servo amplifier matching test before shipment, ensuring stable torque output and reliable static locking performance. Replacing this servo motor can restore heavy-load stable vertical feed axis motion rapidly, avoid machine shutdown caused by cutting interruption and vertical axis sliding. It is widely deployed in vertical machining centers, mold CNC milling equipment and other rigid-coupling CNC vertical feed axis applications.
