FANUC A05B-2452-C900 is a cabinet panel mount CNC operator interface unit, compatible with FANUC 30i, 31i, 32i-MB CNC controllers, widely deployed on vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers and multi-task turning centers. It is different from the robot fixed operator panel A05B-2452-C020 we listed before, this unit is designed for CNC machine operation, equipped with complete CNC operation key set, supporting part program editing, tool offset setting, axis jog and machining parameter adjustment directly on the cabinet panel. It connects to the CNC mainboard via FANUC proprietary high-speed serial link, and supports RS232C port for DNC program transmission with external computers.

This operator panel adopts 10.4-inch TFT color LCD with 640×480 VGA resolution, paired with integrated membrane soft keys, numeric keys, machine function keys and emergency stop button. The front panel reaches IP54 protection grade, sealed membrane structure blocks coolant splash, cutting oil mist and metal dust from penetrating into internal circuit. Operators can check tool path preview, adjust feedrate override and spindle override, modify workpiece coordinate offset, view servo and spindle load status, browse alarm messages and manage part programs on this panel. It supports DNC file transfer, program backup and parameter import, which is convenient for workshop program management. The front panel layout follows FANUC standard CNC operation logic, matching the operating habits of machinists and maintenance technicians.

The aluminum front frame is sturdy and scratch-resistant, suitable for long-term continuous operation in metal cutting workshops. Internal circuit is equipped with EMC filtering components to suppress interference from spindle drives and servo amplifiers. It uses standard cabinet cutout mounting way, fixed on the front of machine control cabinet, forming the main man-machine interaction of the machine tool. Users can configure communication parameters and display language through CNC system parameters, and it can replace the original CRT display unit for old machine renovation upgrade.
