Product Details
FANUC A03B-0819-C060, also known as ADA02B, is a combined analog input and analog output module for FANUC I/O Link distributed rack system, compatible with FANUC 16i-B,18i-B and 21i-B CNC controllers. It is designed to be plugged into the slot of ABU05A or ABU10A I/O backplane, exchanging data with the CNC main unit through FANUC proprietary I/O Link serial bus. This integrated analog module carries 2 analog input channels and 2 analog output channels, adopting 12-bit A/D and D/A conversion chips to realize bidirectional conversion between field continuous analog signals and digital data recognized by PMC. It supports mainstream industrial signal types including 4-20mA current signal, 0-10V and ±10V voltage signal, which can satisfy both analog signal collection and analog control output demands on one single module, saving cabinet slot resources for machine electrical design.
Each input channel uses differential signal acquisition design to restrain common-mode interference caused by long-distance wiring and ground potential difference. Each channel is equipped with independent surge suppression and overvoltage protection circuit, which can avoid chip damage caused by instantaneous voltage surge from field sensors and actuators. The analog output channels have built-in signal smoothing circuit to reduce output ripple, ensuring stable control signal for proportional valves, hydraulic regulators, variable-frequency drivers and other analog controlled components. LED status indicators on the front panel clearly display power supply status and channel working state, helping maintenance engineers quickly judge signal disconnection, short circuit and abnormal output during on-site inspection.
The module adopts unified yellow FANUC I/O housing and plug-in locking structure, it can be installed and fixed on ABU series backplane without extra fasteners. It has excellent vibration resistance, dust resistance and oil mist tolerance, adapting to CNC workshop environments filled with cutting fluid mist and fine metal powder. Users can configure signal range, filter time and PMC mapping address separately for input and output channels through CNC system parameters according to field equipment. The input channels can collect hydraulic pressure, lubrication pressure, cooling temperature, spindle vibration and displacement sensor signals for monitoring and interlock protection; the output channels can send analog control signals to adjust oil pressure, flow rate and spindle auxiliary speed, realizing closed-loop auxiliary control logic in PMC programs.
It serves as a direct replacement spare part for original faulty ADA02B modules with sampling drift, output deviation, signal loss and communication failure on machining centers, CNC lathes, grinding machines and special processing machines equipped with 16i/18i/21i-B CNC systems. Every module will pass power-on aging test, analog signal calibration test and I/O Link communication matching inspection before shipment, verifying the sampling linearity of input channels and output accuracy of D/A conversion. Replacing this module can restore both analog signal acquisition and analog control output functions at the same time, effectively reduce machine downtime caused by abnormal auxiliary control. It is widely used in mold precision machining, automotive parts turning, hydraulic component manufacturing and automated special machine production lines.
