FANUC A02B-0303-C084 is a 10.4-inch color TFT LCD MDI unit with built-in touch function, designed for FANUC 0i-F and 31i-A CNC systems, acting as the integrated human-machine interface for CNC machine tools. It adopts a 640*480 resolution display with CCFL backlight, combining touch input and peripheral soft keys to deliver flexible operation modes for workshop operators. It can display NC program content, tool path simulation, real-time axis coordinate data, spindle and servo load curves, PMC signal status, system alarm records, parameter lists and production counting information clearly on the color screen.

This MDI unit supports both touch operation and physical key input. Operators can directly edit, delete and call CNC programs, set workpiece coordinate offsets and tool wear compensation, adjust feedrate override and spindle override, switch operation modes including MDI, MEM, JOG, REF and HAND, execute single block running, reset alarms and check system diagnosis data. The touch function brings convenient quick selection for parameter menus and graphic interfaces, while the surrounding soft keys keep stable operation under heavy oil mist and dust conditions, balancing operation efficiency and anti-interference performance.

The front panel adopts industrial sealed structure design, with good oil resistance, dust resistance and splash-proof capability. The internal drive circuit board is reinforced for vibration and electromagnetic interference suppression, which can adapt to continuous vibration generated by spindle cutting and mechanical impact inside machining workshops.
