This Machinery Protection Card receives vibration transducer signals from proximity probes, accelerometers or velocity sensors, and converts raw sensing signals into measurable vibration values for real-time monitoring and protection interlock. The module supports configurable alarm and danger thresholds. When vibration exceeds preset limits, it will trigger relay alarm output to protect the rotating equipment. It integrates signal conditioning, filtering, A/D conversion and built-in self-diagnosis circuit, capable of detecting module hardware faults, sensor open circuit, short circuit and wiring abnormalities.
