Product Details: Bently Nevada 3500/33 is a full-height 16 Channel Relay Module designed for the Bently Nevada 3500 machinery protection system. This Relay Module receives alert and danger status signals from other monitoring cards through the rack backplane, and converts the monitoring logic into dry contact relay switching signals for plant alarm and trip control circuits. Each of the 16 relay channels supports independent programming with AND, OR voting logic by using the 3500 rack configuration software. Users can combine alarm signals, module fault status and measurement variables from any monitor channel inside the rack to build custom protection logic. The relay adopts SPDT epoxy-sealed construction with built-in arc suppressor, supporting normally energized or normally de-energized mode selection in groups of four channels. It can trigger local annunciators, start auxiliary equipment or execute machine shutdown commands when vibration, displacement or speed parameters exceed safety thresholds.
