Product Details: Bently Nevada 3300/25 is a dual-channel Dual Accelerometer Monitor designed for the Bently Nevada 3300 rack-based machinery protection system. This Casing Vibration Module accepts input signals from accelerometer transducers to continuously measure casing vibration of rotating machinery, capturing high-frequency vibration data that proximity probes cannot detect. It converts raw acceleration signals into velocity or acceleration engineering units for real-time condition monitoring and machinery protection. Each of the two independent channels supports configurable Alert and Danger alarm setpoints, and users can set trip multiply functions to adjust alarm thresholds during machine startup or coast-down operations. The Vibration Monitoring Card provides 4-20mA proportional recorder outputs for transmitting vibration data to DCS and PLC control systems, as well as relay alarm outputs for local annunciator or trip control. Front panel LED indicators display channel OK status, alert and danger alarm status for convenient on-site inspection and troubleshooting. Built-in self-diagnosis functions detect transducer open circuit, short circuit and internal module faults, and report fault status through system OK relay. Widely applied in power generation, petrochemical and heavy industrial fields, this module monitors gearboxes, compressors, fans and pumps to identify bearing damage, gear tooth faults and casing looseness at an early stage, avoiding catastrophic mechanical failure and unplanned equipment shutdown.
