ABB PFEA113-20 3BSE028144R0020 is a DIN rail mounted tension electronics control unit used for ABB Pressductor load cell web tension measurement system. The tension electronics control unit receives force signals from up to 4 tension load cells, calculates real-time web tension value and transmits analog and digital control signals to PLC and drive controller for closed-loop tension regulation. This ABB PFEA113-20 unit comes with a 2×16 character backlit multi-language LCD display and operation keys, supporting local parameter configuration, tension value reading and fault status checking. The web tension controller supports PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus communication, and provides multiple configurable analog and digital output channels to match diverse production line control demands. It has built-in self-diagnostic function, continuously detecting load cell connection status and internal circuit, and outputting fault alarm messages once abnormal conditions occur.
