ABB PFEA112-65 3BSE050091R65 is an IP65 enclosed tension electronics unit for ABB Pressductor load cell tension measurement system. The tension electronics unit collects force signals from up to 2 tension load cells, calculates real-time web tension value and outputs analog and digital signals to PLC and drive controller for closed-loop tension control. This ABB PFEA112-65 unit is fitted with a 2×16 character multi-language LCD display and operation keys, supporting on-site parameter setting, tension value reading and system status check. The web tension controller adopts PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus communication to exchange data with upper automation control system. It has built-in self-diagnostic function to continuously monitor load cell wiring and internal circuit status, and trigger fault alarm for maintenance personnel. With IP65 protection grade, the enclosure can resist dust and water splash, suitable for installation on production line floor or machine surface without inner cabinet. Widely used in paper making, plastic film, textile, metal foil, printing and slitting production lines, it stabilizes web tension and reduces material breakage.
